Friday, At Last!

It's finally friday! Which of course leads to the end of another school week; then the weekend which is abundant with laziness, sports, and hanging out with friends. Amazing right? Most definitely my favorite time of the week. And finally I can enjoy it, because all the tourists are leaving!! The ones who attended the Sundance Film Festival at least. I can now walk to my orchestra class without having to worry about running into people coming from a film in the Eccles. Center. Or go skiing without having to dodge people who think they are so adept at swinging, when really they have no idea whatsoever what they're supposed to be doing.
Yes we do need people to come and visit, it is after all good for the economy. Sometimes though it's like ''How can you be so stupid, it's this not that!'' I know that's unfair, plus I mean I'm a hypocrite seeing as how I have been to other places and not known what was going on.

Anyways, I attempted to try this one project. It involved putting died water into a water balloon, freezing it overnight (Either in the freezer or outside if it is 32ยบ F or colder). In the morning you are supposed to peel off the balloon to have an ice globe. It looked like so much fun, so of course I tried it to appeal to my younger sister and her friends. The only problem, finding a sink faucet that wouldn't tear the balloon. Needless to say I couldn't find one. The metal on the faucets at my house were edged and tore through the fine plastic. 'Why not use a cap?' you might ask, you know the ones you put on hoses to better control the water flow, well of course it didn't fit. So in the end my hands were stained blue, red, purple, green, and pink from all the food dye exploding on my hands when the balloon ripped. Grrrrrrr...........

What Should have
Happened
Maybe next time I will get it right. Oh yeah and this is the end result.
